If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Nature of Service

VoiceQuotes provides an artificial intelligence workflow tool designed to assist South African trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, solar installers, builders, and tradespeople) in generating quote documents and tax invoices from voice audio and text inputs.

Important Financial Accuracy Notice

While our AI transcription and pricing models are designed for high fidelity, the contractor remains solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, VAT computations, and deposit terms prior to dispatching documents to their clients.
